Q. How does the delivery service work?
A. You select the water type, quantity (minimum of 3 bottles), and delivery frequency that works best for you. Our team delivers your water directly to your home or business on your selected delivery day. It’s simple, flexible, and designed to fit your lifestyle.
Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We currently deliver to the following New Jersey counties: Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, and Passaic. If you're nearby and unsure whether we service your area, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. Yes. We require a minimum purchase of 3 bottles for each delivery to ensure efficiency and meet customer demand.
Q. Can I set up recurring deliveries?
A. Yes! You can choose to have recurring deliveries on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. You can also pause, change, or cancel your plan at any time directly through your account.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you’re renting a cooler, we require a card on file, which will be charged at the time of delivery. Payments for bottle deliveries are also processed upon delivery.
Q. Do you rent or sell water coolers?
If you would like to rent cooler, contact us directly via phone or email. Coolers must be purchased with a valid card on file, and you can select your cooler during the ordering process.
Q. Is there warranty on water coolers?
Yes, there is a 6-month warranty for brand-new water coolers.
Q. Can I change my order after placing it?
A. Absolutely. You can adjust your delivery schedule, water type, or quantity by contacting us directly via email or phone before your delivery day.
Q. What if I'm not home during delivery?
A. No problem! Just leave your empty bottles outside your door or in a designated drop-off spot. Our driver will leave your new bottles and take any returns.
Q. How do I return empty bottles?
A. Simply leave your empty bottles in the same location where you want your delivery dropped off. We'll collect them during your scheduled delivery.
